One Account Per Person

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilno ("jilno," "we," "us," "the Platform"). 1 Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jilno platform, including the website at jilno.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, applications, or services operated by jilno.
1.2 By accessing or using the jilno platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 jilno reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jilno platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing online gaming and gambling activities. jilno strictly enforces this age restriction and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jilno platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jilno is legal in your jurisdiction. jilno makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not register or use the jilno platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use jilno. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilno account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilno reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jilno may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your jilno account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. jilno accounts may only be held by natural persons. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
4 Account Security
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilno account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
4.2 You agree to notify jilno immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilno will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 jilno strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. While 2FA is available to all players, jilno cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a player's failure to activate available security features.
4.4 jilno will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilno that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilno support immediately.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilno accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jilno platform and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current minimums before initiating transactions.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. jilno aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.4 Verification Requirements. jilno reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the jilno account holder.
5.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. jilno reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to suspend accounts pending such investigation.
5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your jilno account is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any disputed amounts. jilno will cooperate fully with payment providers and law enforcement in investigating fraudulent chargeback claims.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms. jilno offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jilno reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. jilno reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be limited to specific player segments, geographic regions within the Philippines, or account types.
6.5 Modification or Cancellation. jilno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by cancellation of the promotion, provided they comply with the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
7 Game Rules & Fairness
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jilno platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All jilno slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time via video stream. jilno's live dealer operations are subject to independent auditing to ensure compliance with fair gaming standards.

7.6 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact jilno support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. jilno will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.
8 Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilno platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
- Creating or operating more than one jilno account;
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to jilno support;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilno staff or other players via any communication channel;
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
- Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or geographic restriction imposed by jilno or by regulatory authorities.
Anti-Money Laundering: jilno complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jilno reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigations.
9 Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the jilno platform — including but not limited to the jilno brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilno or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilno platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilno content.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of jilno's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 jilno's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jilno does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilno is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond jilno's reasonable control.
10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jilno is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
11 Responsible Gaming
11.1 jilno is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. jilno provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12 Account Suspension & Closure
12.1 Suspension by jilno. jilno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilno reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to jilno, other players, or third parties.
12.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, jilno reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds in the account. If no violation is found, funds will be returned to the player.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their jilno account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilno will notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.
13 Privacy & Data Protection
13.1 jilno collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
13.2 By registering a jilno account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions.
13.3 jilno will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
14 Amendments to These Terms
14.1 jilno reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilno will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the jilno platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jilno, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilno's customer support team. jilno will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of Metro Manila agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City.
15.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe jilno has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official regulatory channels.
